Program Description
The Certified Senior Executive (CSE) is a post-MBA executive formation credential designed for senior leaders responsible for capital allocation, institutional governance, and long-term enterprise stewardship. The program provides comprehensive mastery of general management, finance, strategy, leadership, and global economic systems, modeled on the full Harvard Business School MBA curriculum and advanced executive education offerings.
The CSE emphasizes executive judgment, capital stewardship, institutional design, and ethical command at the highest levels of leadership.

Admissions Requirements
Admission to the Certified Senior Executive (CSE) is highly selective and limited to candidates who demonstrate advanced professional maturity, leadership responsibility, and intellectual readiness for executive-level formation. Applicants are evaluated holistically on academic preparation, professional achievement, leadership capacity, and demonstrated responsibility for capital, people, or institutions.
General Eligibility
Applicants must meet one of the following eligibility pathways:
Pathway A: Entrepreneurial Experience

Founder or co-founder of a venture, enterprise, fund, or professional practice

Demonstrated responsibility for strategy, capital, or organizational decisions
Pathway B: Professional Leadership Experience

Pathway C: Exceptional Independent Candidate

Formal degrees are welcomed but not required.
